Once you defeat them (hopefully you are playing co-op with some friends), proceed to the back of the cave where you will find a control-locked elevator.
Beware, though, because you will find two high-level Deathclaws. You should begin to the east of The Mire. To join the Enclave in Fallout 76 and access their secret bunker, you have to start somewhere.
